Andrew Ryan is a commercial lawyer with strong expertise in construction, insurance and dispute resolution.
He has over 20 years of experience advising clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to their insurance and risk management programs; and has a focus on the engineering, construction, mining and government sectors. Mr Ryan also has experience acting for clients in class actions and Royal Commissions.
Mr Ryan holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal and High Courts of Australia, and the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law, Australian Insurance Law Association, and past member of the Australian Corporate Counsel.
