Andrew Parker has significant experience in the exploration and mining industry; and a wealth of expertise in corporate advisory, strategic consultancy and capital raisings.
Mr Parker was the co-founder and, until December 2008, was the managing director of Perth-based corporate advisory and venture capital firm Trident Capital. Prior to establishing Trident Capital in 2002, he was the legal counsel to ASX-listed B Digital where his principal role was to oversee the international expansion of the company into South Africa and the US. Mr Parker remained in the US as chief operating officer of B Digital USA until late 2001. He also held senior legal roles at Price Sierakowski and Summers Partners.
Mr Parker has also held a number of board positions with listed and unlisted public companies.
