Andrew Knowles

Andrew Knowles is an experienced business & corporate executive, having worked in the mining & construction industries for over 40 years for private and multinational companies. ​Mr Knowles has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia with specialties in strategic management, administrative policy and corporate finance; and mining qualifications from the Box Hill Technical College in Melbourne. He was a management consultant for the PA Consulting Group, and a founder and managing director for one of Perth’s largest mid-tier construction companies with an annual turnover of $60 million. He built the company over 21 years, before selling down his equity in July 2009. Mr Knowles was a director of Royal Harry Goldmines NL, a public company focusing on exploration and mining projects in Western Australia. ​He has been working in the gold industry in Peru for over 8 years, and was involved in the construction and refurbishment of two previous gold processing facilities in Southern Peru. Mr Knowles has also worked on the substantial portfolio of applications, certificates and licences that are all required for Gold Ore Beneficiation, and for the ultimate export of gold bullion for auction in overseas markets.
