Andrew Jonklaas

Andrew Jonklaas has significant experience in providing legal advice to clients in the areas of employment relations, workplace health and safety, litigation and dispute resolution, and commercial matters. He works with organisations across different sectors and has been acting as the general legal counsel for numerous clients. He has also represented clients in a range of courts and tribunals, often working with leading barristers and independent Counsel.

Mr Jonklaas is a member of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies Safety Committee, and often provides pro-bono advice to associations and not-for-profit companies.
