Andrew Jensen has extensive commercial, strategic and M&A experience and has financially led companies engaged in various fields including real estate, financial services, telecommunications and the franchising sectors in Australia and Internationally. Mr Jensen is an accomplished chief financial officer with over 18 years of experience in senior finance and management roles. He was the chief financial officer and director of Australasia’s largest real estate group Ray White, and one of Australia’s largest independent mortgage broking businesses Loan Market. He was also the chief financial officer of VGC Food Group, a private diversified manufacturing and franchising group; and chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Digicel PNG (Papua New Guinea) which is part of the Digicel Group, one of the South Pacific’s largest and most successful telecommunications companies. Mr Jensen is also a fellow of the (National Institute of Accountants) and member of the Institute of Company Directors.
