Andrew Buchan has over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation. He regularly appears as counsel in contested civil proceedings in Federal and State Courts and Tribunals, including arbitrations and mediations. Mr Buhan practises predominantly in the areas of building and construction litigation, providing representation and advice in relation to a broad range of building issues including copyright infringement, trade practices legislation, Worksafe prosecutions, Construction Contract Act claims and adjudications, contract drafting and review, general building and construction claims.
