Amanda Sinclair

Amanda Sinclair was admitted to practice in Western Australia in September 2010 and the Commonwealth Courts in October 2010.
She began working with Tottle Partners in 2009 and specialises in construction and engineering matters, with a particular focus on dispute resolution, risk strategy and claims management advice. Her dispute resolution and advisory services include project advisory, risk strategy and claims management advice, as well as litigation in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, private and court facilitated mediations, domestic and international arbitrations and adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act (WA).
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
