Allan Keogh is a business leader, advisor and mentor, investor, philanthropist, artist, and adventurer.
With extensive experience consulting to major Australian and multinational organisations, Mr Keogh founded corporate transformation and leadership specialist Keogh Consulting in October 1984 and is also its executive chair. In 2020, drawing on his decades of experience helping organisations evolve their cultures, he also co-founded CultureSite, a software solution designed to measure and predict performance outcomes for organisational cultural transformation.
Mr Keogh has been a senior organisation transformation advisor and executive coach to the managing director & senior executive team at Woodside, and an organisation development and business strategy advisor to the executive management team on the PNGLNG Project for ExxonMobil.
Mr Keogh is pursuing a Masters in Human Geography, to further develop his understanding of the way people interact with their environments.
He has walked the Kokoda Trail, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, and has been involved in a range of volunteer and charitable work.
