Alison von Bibra has over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles across a variety of industry sectors. With a strong background in human resources, Ms von Bibra held key positions at a number of organisations including almost 10 years at ASX listed multi-national, CSL Limited. During her time at CSL, her roles included senior director of human resources based in the USA and general manager of human resources at the company’s Melbourne head office where, reporting to the chief executive, she was responsible for CSL’s global human resources function which included the HS&E and Communication functions. More recently, Ms von Bibra was general manager at the Anaesthetic Group Ballarat. She has experience in a range of board roles including among others, the CSL Superannuation Fund and Westernport Regional Water Corporation. She is currently a member of the Dental Board of Australia, and director of the Ballarat General Cemeteries Trust. Ms von Bibra holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Adelaide and an MBA from the University of New England.
