Alison Cooper

Alison Cooper has experience in advising resource and energy corporations on a wide range of matters including mining, oil and gas project development, land access, compensation, cultural heritage and corporate/commercial matters. She has also advised on construction and engineering projects and high value construction litigation matters, having gained experience in-house for one of Australia’s leading engineering contractors.

Mr Cooper works closely with commercial and project teams to assess and advise on project risk, payment and progress claims, variation claims, defects and rectification and managing project related disputes.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
