Alisha Aitken-Radburn is a media, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications specialist with experience working across media and government. Prior to joining SEC Newgate, she worked at Sky News and in the communications and policy teams of Federal and State political leaders.
With an in-depth understanding of Australia’s political and media landscape, she has successfully coordinated large scale media events for Australia’s most senior political leaders. Ms Aitken-Radburn has practical experience in generating extensive local and national media coverage.
Ms Aitken-Radburn has significant expertise in social media, having established a substantial public following and profile through high rating media appearances. She is a regular contributor to Triple J’s current affairs program Hack and as a panellist on SBS’s The Feed.
Ms Aitken-Radburn advocates for several not-for-profit’s including Foodbank Australia and disability services organisation, Gig Buddies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Sydney. She also sits on the Board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Western Australia and is a committee member of the Australian Institute of Energy (Perth Branch).
