Alica Byfield is a skilled administrator with over 11 years’ experience in the Western Australian arts industry. Commencing her arts career in Australia at the Perth International Arts Festival under the helm of Lindy Hume, Ms Byfield undertook roles in both administration and business development. For 8 years, she has operated in the dance sector having held the position of artistic administrator at West Australian Ballet (WAB) where she administered several key functions of the company including artistic planning, contracting and touring. In her time with WAB, Ms Byfield facilitated the presentation of numerous seasons and was instrumental in the successful planning and delivery of large-scale tours to a number of regional, national and international centres.
