Alexandra Johns-Putra

Alexandra Johns-Putra practices in all areas of property law including commercial and retail leasing, and transactional property matters such as the acquisition and disposal of assets. She also has experience in the preparation of commercial leases, sale contracts, option deeds, access and licence agreements and general commercial matters related to land transactions.

Ms Johns-Putra has been providing advice to clients on the acquisition and disposal of property, including due diligence, land subdivision and development, leasing, and settlements. She has also provided advice to clients in relation to the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and the Foreign Investment Review Board requirements.
