Alex Cheeseman is a highly experienced lithium and battery materials industry executive with a well-established global network of lithium and battery metal related suppliers, end-users, investors and financiers.

Mr Cheeseman joined Altura Mining (later known as Morella Corporation) in May 2017 as a marketing and contracts manager before becoming general manager of marketing and commercial in November 2018 and chief executive in April 2021 where he will be responsible for re-establishing the company as a battery materials focused entity and enhancing shareholder value.

Mr Cheeseman holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Management in Development and Acquisition from the University of New South Wales.
