Alec Pelmore

Alec Pelmore started his career in 1975, training as an actuary where he gained a sound understanding of all aspects of finance and accounting and in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of equity markets.

He also has experience in real estate investment markets and had held various positions as an equity investment analyst specialising in real estate companies mainly at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Merrill Lynch. His team was voted number 1 for real estate in Europe for 12 out of 13 years from 1995 to 2007.

Mr Pelmore also has experience in risk oversight in international operations through various senior roles in the real estate investment markets.
