Alana Zelones has been delivering human resources expertise for over 16 years to companies within the mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, FMCG and property industries. She has held operational leadership roles across the areas of talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, performance management & development, and workplace health & safety.
Ms Zelones joined Acumentis (then LMW) in 2015 as HR manager and was appointed chief people officer in 2019. She has led the Acumentis team through a cultural transformation, uniting the newly-merged entity made up of former companies.
Ms Zelones is passionate about the promotion of flexibility in the workplace, development of people, and ensuring the relationship between employer and employee is as collaborative as it can be.
