Agnieszka Pfeiffer

Agnieszka Pfieffer is the managing director of Varde Partners, serving as the head of Asia for Varde's Portfolio Value Creation Group. Based in Sydney, she joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining Varde, Ms Pfeiffer was a group general manager at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety and was responsible for the operations of a portfolio of safety related businesses. Prior to that, she held other senior positions at Gresham Private Equity, David Jones, Virgin Money and the Boston Consulting Group.
