Adrian Fratelle

Adrian Fratelle is a director and design partner of Fratelle Group. He started the company as Fratelle Designs in 2001 until it rebranded as Fratelle Group in 2010.

For five years prior to 2001 Mr Fratelle established his skills both pursuing construction supervisor roles for a number of Perth’s building companies, whilst also honing his talents as a high quality designer. His primary expertise is his experience in the design, coordination, management and administration of various types of projects.

Mr Fratelle has over 17 years of experience in a wide range of projects including high-quality residential homes, apartments and mixed-use developments, commercial offices, medical centres and refurbishments. Sustainability is always at the forefront of his designs.

He is proud to be involved in industry mentor schemes and consistently contributes to associations such as Building Designers Association of WA to help the next generation of designers realise their dreams. He also lectures at Homebase Expo on a bi-monthly basis regarding sustainable design, and is a key reference for all facets of sustainability.
