Adrian Costello

Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director since 2023 / Triton Minerals

Adrian Costello has over 25 years of experience in mining and related sectors, in operations and project development as well as corporate and regional management. He is also experienced in all stages of the resource project life cycle (feasibility, development, operations and closure) across a wide range of mining operations: open cut, underground, strip mining. He has worked with a range of commodities including gold, iron ore, base metals, diamonds, ferro metals, battery minerals and fertilisers.

Mr Costello was general manager of business development and commercial services with mid-tier gold miner Minjar Gold, finance director of Grange Resources on the South Down Magnetite Project, and regional business manager of Newmont Asia Pacific.

He is a keen Rugby Union player and president of the Curtin University Rugby Club.
