Adam Maxwell is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of commercial experience, a passion for customer service, and a background in developing strategic and tactical change initiatives. He has also been involved in a number of ambitious not-for-profit boards and has worked across the marketing, retail, aviation, aged care and strategic consultancy sectors.

Mr Maxwell has been the chief financial officer of Telethon Kids Institute since January 2023. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer of Rocky Bay for over 7 years, finance director of MiX Telematics, and finance implementation executive at The Sunday Times in Perth. He was also a finance director of UK’s largest privately-owned care home group.
