Adam Boyt

Adam Boyt has extensive experience in pure and applied medical research, focused on neuroscience, including a period with the National Trauma Research Institute working with models of neurotrauma. His initial academic training included theoretical and applied mathematics, computer science and physical chemistry. As part of Adam’s PhD he was required to apply for government and private funding, and brings this experience and skill set with him to IMR. Following completion of his PhD, he trained as a medical doctor and now works as a General Surgeon with an Interest in Trauma.
