Abhinav Sharma

Abhinav Sharma is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer with experience in insolvency investigations, recoveries and litigation, as well as corporate restructuring and turnaround.

Mr Sharma was admitted as a solicitor in July 2016. He had worked in NSW and Victoria before joining Lavan in April 2023 as a senior associate in its restructuring & insolvency team.

He had acted for insolvency practitioners in the Supreme Courts of WA, NSW, Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia with a particular focus on Part 5.7B of the Corporations Act. He has also acted for secured creditors and their appointees on the enforcement of securities.
