A consortium of partners across the WA medical research sector was developed and delivered the State’s first digital health-specific program designed to support education programs in digital health commercialisation. The innovative and unique program was launched in Western Australia after being awarded a State Government X-TEND WA grant. Due to the Covid pandemic the programs that were supported, were moved to an online platform and open to WA companies, resulting in future funding no longer necessary. For the immediate, this program has now ceased, and the Accelerator is not continuing as an entity.
