The Tribute Group is a family owned and operated company with its foundations in the Pilbara region.
It was established in 2002 when Wayne and Betty Collinson moved to Newman to purchase and develop Whaleback Village (formerly known as Dearlove’s Caravan Park).
They expanded in 2004 with the purchase of Kalgan’s Rest, another accommodation facility in Newman.
The Group has diversified to include Tribute Earthmoving, Superior Linen, North West Accountancy and Whaleback Newsagency.
In September 2016 BRI Ferrier was appointed liquidator to four companies within the group: Waybeth Holdings Pty Ltd, Tribute Supermarkets Pty Ltd, Tribute Labour Hire Pty. Ltd., and Tribute Electrical Pty Ltd; while McGrathNicol were appointed receivers for the remainder of the group.
