Established in 2014, St Michael 6003 is owned by Scott O’Sullivan and Tod Stuart. The restaurant is located on Beaufort Street in Highgate. It replaces Jackson's Restaurant, which was owned by iconic Perth chef Neal Jackson, who closed his restaurant before heading into retirement in early 2014.
