Settlers Ridge was purchased by Wayne and Kaye Nobbs in 1994. The 101 acre property produced its first crop of grapes in 1997, which were of exceptional value. Since then the Winery has won many awards for it's premium wines. Settlers Ridge was the first Internationally Certified Organic Winery in Australia. The premium wines are chemical free and extremely low in natural preservatives. Both the vineyard and the winery have organic certification.
