Sayaka's Kitchen was established by Paul & Etsuyo Bilcich. It was the first food manufacture to produce handmade authentic Japanese sushi and teriyaki meals to school and retail outlets in WA. Paul Bilcich was in a fortunate position to have worked as trainee chef in the early 1990's at the Chunagon Restaurant Fremantle harbour WA's premier Japanese Restaurant at the time. Sayaka's Kitchen has a loyal following of customers over the last 20 years.
