Premiere Eastern Energy was an integrated supply chain manager of petrochemical products in the People's Republic of China, based in the Guangdong Province, PRC. The Group’s business focused on the wholesale supply of Refined Petroleum and Other Petrochemicals used mainly in automobiles. The Group owned a petroleum storage facility located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, PRC with a total petroleum storage capacity of 13,500 m3 (equivalent to approximately 9,000 tonnes), comprising four petroleum storage tanks with 3,000 m3 each and three petroleum storage tanks of 500 m3 each.
In January 2018, Ferrier Hodgson were appointed liquidators of the company. In March 2018 the ASX delisted the company saying "the Company does not have a structure and operations appropriate for a listed entity pursuant to Listing Rule 12.5"
