The former Perth Centre for Energy & Resources Arbitration (PCERA) was established in 2014. It coordinated and facilitated dispute resolution in the energy and resources sectors and related industries through arbitration and innovative forms of alternative dispute resolution. The Centre was based in Perth, Western Australia, a regional hub for Australian and Asian energy and resources projects. On 28 August 2020 Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and PCERA effected an integration to consolidate the offering for arbitration in Australia. PCERA is now managed and operated by ACICA.
