Parker Resources NL engaged in the acquisition and exploration of uranium and base metals in Australia. It had an option to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Allambi project covering an area of 702 square kilometers located south east of Alice Springs. In January 2015, the Company acquired Ensurance Limited, in a reverse take-over and was re-listed on the ASX on 5th May 2015 under the name Ensurance Limited. (ASX:ENA)
