PBF Australia (Paraplegic Benefit Fund) is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing the impact and incidence of spinal cord injuries. PBF Australia was founded in 1984 by the late Sir George Bedbrook, a spinal surgeon who founded the Department of Paraplegia at Royal Perth Hospital in 1954.
