Paladin Energy has secured more than 50 per cent acceptances for its $27 million off-market scrip takeover of NGM Resources.

Paladin Energy's $27 million off-market scrip offer for Niger-focused uranium explorer NGM Resources is in danger after it was revealed Deutsche Securities Australia has acquired a 10.7 per cent stake in NGM.

South Perth-based gold explorer NGM Resources Ltd will acquire Global MinEx Ventures Ltd's Niger-focused subsidiary Indo Energy Ltd in a cash and scrip issue.
