MagnePath was a healthcare app that converted MRI scan data into a ‘fat map’, which mapped the body fat of a patient.
The app could be applied easily into existing MRI scanners. The results were available in a couple of minutes, providing a colour-coded map of the problem ‘fat’ areas inside and on the body.
In 2014, MagnePath was chosen to be one 8 Australian companies run by women to take part in the US-based 'Springboard' accelerator program.
It has since ceased operations.
