Living Cities Development Group is a Belmont-based public company formed by the restructure of ASX-listed former company Ferrowest. As an exciting new venture, the company’s initial property development project is planned to commence in Sichuan Province in China in the first quarter of 2016. The planned recapitalisation of the company in the first half of 2016 failed as the ASX determined that it would not allow LCDG to be readmitted to the list. In July 2016 the company appointed Sydney-based dVT Group as administrators. The company became Sydney-based Birrabong Corporation in May 2017.
