Perth-based nickel miner Albidon Ltd could be in play as a takeover target after its major shareholder revealed plans to sell its blocking stake worth some $37 million.
PERTH-based explorer Beadell Resources Ltd is about to step into producer status after negotiating a deal with resource investment firm Lion Selection Ltd to acquire the remaining 30 per cent interest in the Cracow gold mine for $80 million.
Shares in Burswood-based gold and nickel explorer Tectonic Resources NL have risen 16 per cent after raising around $3 million through scrip issues to Melbourne-based Lion Selection Ltd and West Perth-based Jabiru Metals Ltd.
