Le Cordon Bleu is a French hospitality education and training group which was founded in 1895. It operates over 50 schools across the globe. Based in Paris, the group opened its Perth school in 2016, following similar schools Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. The Perth school is the product of a partnership with North Metropolitan Tafe.
