Land Services WA is a consortium comprising Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) and a MIRA-managed fund, along with Sunsuper Superannuation Fund and Health Employees Superannuation Trust Australia (HESTA). In 2019 it was announced that the LSWA consortium would acquire the rights to provide land titling services in a partial privatisation of Landgate for a total consideration of $1.41 billion.
