Keras Resources is a Perth-based, AIM-listed company which in 2017 announced the sale of its Australian subsidiary Keras (Gold) Australia to Perth-based Pharmanet Group in a reverse takeover deal. This deal completed in June 2017. Keras Australia controlled the Warrawoona Gold Project in the Pilbara. Keras Australia also owned Kalgoorlie Hub operations. The Kalgoorlie Hub operations comprised tribute mining agreements for the Grants Patch area that included the Prince of Wales Mine. Subsequent to this transaction, Keras Resources planned to focus on its Nayega manganese project in Togo.
