Founded in 1933 and based in New Zealand, Fulton Hogan is a civil engineering and construction contracting group with experience in the transport, water, energy, mining and land development infrastructure sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

Fulton Hogan specialises in road maintenance & construction, facilities management, asphalt production, quarries, laboratories, airports & ports, traffic management, asset management, rail, civil construction, transport, energy & mining, road maintenance, water & wastewater, land development, utilities, and telecommunications.

In 2003, Fulton Hogan expanded Into Western Australia through road maintenance contracts and trading under the RoadCare banner, a 50 per cent joint venture with Pioneer Road Services. It began trading under its own name in 2010.
