Fruit West

Fruit West Co-operative Ltd was formed in 2012 to enable growers to have greater involvement in the commercialisation of fruit varieties bred in breeding programs and protected under Plant Breeder’s Rights legislation. Fruit West is a grower owned and controlled co-operative and has been granted an exclusive licence by the Western Australian Agriculture Authority to grow, pack and market fruit of the ANABP 01 (Bravo) apple variety in Australia.Fruit West is linked to the Pome Citrus & Stone Fruit Producers’ Committee, sometimes known as FruitWest, which sits under the state government's Agricultural Produce Commission.
