Fasera manages a 1,300-hectare farm in the north-eastern Wheatbelt where it is undertaking several carbon abatement initiatives. This includes production of oil from eucalyptus kochii trees planted on the farm, and generation of carbon credits through the use of waste product from that process for biochar, wood vinegar, and burying in underground sequestration cells
