The Family Court of Western Australia is a state level court dealing with divorce, property, finance, children and parenting issues.
The family court is comprised of a Chief Judge, five Judges and 14 Magistrates.
Appeals from the family court can be heard in the Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
