Eurogold

Eurogold was a Perth-based resources company with shareholdings in two Romanian companies, Transgold SA and Explorer SA. Transgold (Eurogold) was the owner and operator of the Baia Mare gold facility in North West Romania. The other principle shareholder in Transgold was the Romanian Government, primarily via an entity called Remin SA (Remin). In December 2015 Eurogold announced that it would acquire Swiss cancer biotech firm BARD1AG. In June 2016 the company changed the nature and scale of its activities, and was renamed BARD1 Life Sciences.
