Endeavour Foods was established in 2001 by commercial fisherman John Sharland to supply seafood to restaurants, hotels and retail outlets in Western Australia. The company primarily distributes Western Australian fish, bivalves, cephalopods and crustaceans. Endeavour has won a host of hospitality and seafood industry awards.
