As of 2025, EDF Group was exploring the feasibility of building two offshore wind farms near Bunbury, through its subsidiaries, Bunbury Offshore Wind Farm and Bunbury Offshore Wind South.
The company has a number of potential offshore wind farm projects in other parts of Australia.
