Dradgin Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered commercial property owner and developer controlled by the family of Malaysian-born Ming Ng.
In 2011, it bought 502 Hay Street for $67 million and later the Ace Cinema's site at 500 Hay Street for $16.8 million.
The company is developing the 500 Hay Street site as a hotel named Subi XO, but pulled out of operating it in January 2020 prior to its opening.
Dradgin also owns other Perth properties, including The Atrium.
