Cabbel is the trading name of GCP Capital Pty Ltd, which used to be a division of the GCP Capital Group, along with and GCP Advisory. GCP Advisory Services Pty Ltd was deregistered in May 2019. Founded as a boutique fund manager, GCP Capital specialises in the resources, IT, and biotech sectors. The group’s principals have operated independently owned corporate advisory business services since 1998, as well as having established and listed a range of companies on the ASX and completed a number of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Reverse Takeovers (RTOs).
