Former company Jayde Transport is now a division of CTI Logistics called CTI Logistics Interstate which specialises in the provision of road and rail interstate transport services, wharf cartage and container handling, as well as warehousing and distribution.
Established in 1978 as an interstate freight forwarder in Perth, Western Australia, Jayde grew to become one of Australia’s most reliable transport providers with offices in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney & Brisbane with a purpose-built head office and interstate branch located in Forrestfield, WA.
It was acquired by CTI Logistics in 2017 in an all-cash deal worth up to $7.5 million.
