CDC Data Centres, formerly Canberra Data Centres, currently operates 20 data centres across Australia and New Zealand. The company counts Australia's sovereign wealth fund, Future Fund, among its shareholders (34.55 per cent).

ASX-listed New Zealand investment firm Infratil controls 49.75 per cent, and the Commonwealth Super Corporation controls 12.04 per cent.

In 2025, the company announced it would expand to Western Australia via a $415 million, 200-megawatt data centre slated for Belmont.
