C P Group was founded by Dato’ Tan Chew Piau in 1972. Since then, the Group has established itself at the forefront of the construction industry in Malaysia.

One of C P Group's property developments includes Ocean Hill Private Estate in Mandurah, a 120ha master planned residential development.
